| Since China began the economy reforms,Chinese private companies took the opportunity to participate into marketing economy construction,and made great success in domestic and international markets.In recent years,impacted by “ Three Period Superimposed”,private companies met the survival difficulties and challenges.Established in 1995,JH company focuses on precision machinery manufacturing and assembly.In past many years,JH company kept the technical team who was originated from the previous state-owned company(acquired by JH company in 1995).But the technician team is getting older,many of them are close to retire.JH company has the shortage of qualified technician talent team.It becomes the big challenge for owner how to establish the modern enterprise system,benefits from management,how to strengthen the human resource management and talent team construction.Firstly,this article elaborates the related theories of the talented person echelon,and proposes the necessity of the JH company’s talent echelon construction,based on the analysis of the JH Company’s employee career planning survey results,Then,based on the analysis of JH company’s personnel structure,this article summarizes the urgency of JH’s construction of a management talented person echelon,a professional talent echelon,and a skilled talent echelon,and designs the talent echelon construction process for these three types of talents.Finally,we propose safeguards for the JH company to build a talent echelon.The research results of this paper are intended to provide reference for the strategic management of human resources of JH Corporation.It is hoped that the human resources management of the company will be strengthened through the construction of a talented person team,thereby accelerating the realization of JH’s strategic goals. |
