Research On The Development Of Sharing Economy From The Perspective Of Cooperation

The sharing economy refers to the integration of information technologies such as the Internet,the sharing of vast amounts of decentralized idle resources,and the sum of economic activities that meet diversified needs.Compared with the traditional economy,the sharing economy has the advantages of low cost,low threshold,low pollution,high efficiency,high experience,and high credibility.Especially under the current background of the new normal of China economic and supply-side structural reforms,the sharing economy plays an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of economic structure and stimulating employment.The sharing economy integrates online and offline idle resources,minimizes transaction costs,and achieves a rapid and effective match between resource supply and demand.Its essence is a new type of resource allocation that improves resource utilization efficiency and configuration efficiency.Combining with the development practice of sharing economy,this paper believes that the essence of the sharing economy lies in cooperation,that is,in the new era of“ Internet+Internet of Things ”,people form a new type of cooperative economic relationship based on mobile communication technology.Cooperation is not only the need to reduce transaction costs,but also the way to achieve the sharing economy.Based on the theory of transaction cost,capital concentration theory and Marx’s theory of division of labor and cooperation,this article analyzes the cooperative relationship formed by market participants in the sharing economy.First,from the perspective of cooperation,transaction cost theory reveals the purpose of cooperation,That is,to improve the utilization efficiency and configuration efficiency of resources on the basis of reducing transaction costs.Again,judging from the institutional arrangement of cooperation,Marx emphasized the importance of the credit system and the factory system when analyzing the institutional arrangement of cooperatives.In the sharing economy,the credit system notonly serves as a prerequisite for capital concentration,but also promotes the development and growth of the sharing platform.It also forms a restriction on the participants of the sharing economy and jointly promotes the realization of the sharing economy.Finally,from the perspective of cooperation method,Marx stresses the division of labor in joint labor and uses “joint labor” to improve labor efficiency.Separation of commodity ownership and use rights in the sharing economy has led to the division of labor and collaboration under the "joint labor" mentioned by Marx,which has further evolved into a cooperative division of "joint supply" and "joint consumption",and has produced enormous economic benefits.In practice,combining the case of “Didi Trips”,the current situation of cooperative relations in the sharing economy will be analyzed in detail from the aspects of cooperation objectives,institutional arrangement of cooperation,and cooperation methods.Research shows that the current development of China’s sharing economy faces many challenges.For example,at the institutional level,existing laws and regulatory systems are incompatible with sharing economy.At the operational level of the market,there are chaos in the market competition formed by multi-stakeholders,and credit issues occur frequently.In addition,information security issues have become increasingly prominent in platform management.Therefore,in response to the challenges,Firstly,we should constantly improve the existing legal system,and at the same time innovate the regulatory model to provide a good institutional environment for the orderly development of the sharing economy.Secondly,traditional enterprises should make full use of the “Internet+” model and draw on the successful experience and model of sharing enterprises to create a stable market environment for common development.Thirdly,improve the social credit system,give full play to the important role of social credit agency,realize the joint supervision of government and social credit agency,and create faithful atmosphere for the development of sharing economy.Finally,strengthen information security management provide a reliable trading environment for the market subject.
