Research On Development Difficulties And Promotion Policies Of Sharing Economy

With the development of modern information technology,such as cloud computing,mobile internet,Internet of things,artificial intelligence and big data,the sharing economy emerges as the times require,and has become a trend in China.Sharing economy is a new business model that realizes the transaction of the right to use decentralized idle resources in society through the Internet platform.This innovative business model can create economic value as well as social value.At present,China is a big country in practice of sharing economy.At the same time,it is faced with a series of development dilemmas with its rapid development,such as new challenges in supervision,existing laws and regulations can not adapt to the development of sharing economy,how platform enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities better,unclear profit model,protection of employees’ rights and interests,and so on.How to realize the healthy and rapid development of sharing economy requires government departments,shared economic enterprises,consumers and sharing economy practitioners to think and solve together.The purpose of this paper is to study the development process,current situation and development dilemma of the sharing economy in China,analyze the causes of the dilemma and put forward corresponding policies and measures through the investigation of typical cases,so as to provide suggestions to promote sharing economic development.The first part of this paper expounds the research background and significance,and explains the research methods and innovative points of this paper.The second part mainly makes relevant theoretical analysis of the sharing economy,including the analysis of the basic characteristics of the sharing economy,such as technical characteristics,subject and object characteristics,operational characteristics and development characteristics;the analysis of the economic value of the sharing economy,including releasing economic growth potential,changing demand structure,creating consumer surplus;and the analysis of the social value of the sharing economy,including creating jobs and promoting social justice,improving residents’ quality of life and awakening social awareness.This paper will analyze the economic attributes of the sharing economy and the labor relations of the sharing economy,and further understand the reasons why the sharing economy can have vitality.The third part takes the development of Didi Taxi in Wuhan as a typical case,through questionnaire survey to analyze the use of Didi Taxi,analyzes passengers’ understanding to Didi Taxi and their attitude to its development,passengers’ rationalization proposals for Didi Taxi platform,and the process and status of China’s shared economic development.The fourth part combines typical cases to analyze the dilemma in the process of China’s shared economic development,such as the imperfection of existing laws and regulations,the imperfection of credit system,the unclear profit model,the protection of the rights and interests of practitioners and so on.The fifth part makes a concrete analysis of the shared economic development model of the United States and the United Kingdom,and summarizes the experience suitable for China’s national conditions.The sixth part,on the basis of fully understanding the predicament of China’s shared economic development,makes a detailed analysis of the policies and measures to promote the shared economic development,including formulating laws and regulations in accordance with the law of development,innovating regulatory thinking,establishing and perfecting China’s sharing economy credit guarantee system,strengthening the protection of the rights and interests of consumers and practitioners,innovating the profit model of sharing economy,coordinating the interests between sharing economy and traditional economy,etc.
