The Improvement Study Of Y Project Department’s Management Model

In recent years,with the continuous reduction of conventional energy sources and increasing depletion,exploitation of unconventional energy become the top priority to major oil companies.Major oil companies are also aware of the urgency of the form,the Ministry set up a special project exploration and development of unconventional energy sources,Y project department came into being.However,Y project department in the establishment and operation of the process,there has been a lack of training,the organization set up for staff expertise of confusion,low operational efficiency,corporate culture publicity is not in place,enterprises lack cohesion and execution,lack of innovation in enterprises training,may not be implemented cost management,lack of planning and oversight of low-cost strategy,the project development strategy is not clear,and many other problems that make management improvements,Y project department imminent.The article first introduces the research background and significance of the research,and the research status on the project department management mode,we will describe the research content and research methods,project management unit in strategic direction,organizational design(design department,job design)as well as management and operation(quality management,cost management,schedule management,management innovation)overview.Secondly Situation Ministry,Y project management model,introduced from the strategic orientation of the organization,design organization,project management unit of operation and other aspects;reliability and validity by many questionnaire designed to collect information and conduct questionnaire inspection,the Department determined that the current project management problems that exist,the problems for the cause of the problem analysis.Then mainly be improved scheme is proposed based on the questionnaire summed up the project department management mode problem.To establish programs to improve the objectives,principles and basic ideas,according to the program to improve the basic ideas put forward specific improvement strategies.Wherein the improvement comprises departments to design organizational design and job design;improved management operation also contains schedule management,quality management,cost management and management innovation.The last major project is proposed,Y unit management improved safeguards.From five aspects,mainly comprising policy support(from the perspective of the headquarters),system security(from the perspective of their own project department),human resources support,information security and financial security.Finally,it is the conclusion,and this study process innovations and problems to sort out,to find room for improvement.
