| Along with the market economy and social environment changes, project management theory rapid developmented, meaning of project management for enterprise becomes ever more important.Project management related research is unceasingly thorough, rising in influence also makes more and more companies paying attention to the important role of project management, which can be applied to the management of the enterprise. But domestic project management research very limited,and concentration on traditional project management.Along with the expansion of the scale of the enterprise, the number of projects and scale sharp increase,which makes traditional single project management theory’s limitations increasingly prominent. This is not only reflected in the conflict of organizational resources between projects, more serious is that project management only pay attention to individual projects complete, cohesion between project and the strategy of enterprise practical is considered less significance, this also makes the project management failed to get effective use and identity.Through the literature reading and theoretical deduction,this paper first find the potential research objective and field, through further study of literature,we clear up the project portfolio management, enterprise strategic direction and a few parts project portfolio success definition, dimensions and relationship.Second,through standard of empirical studies, and in conjunction with the relevant academic research of other studies’results,this paper puts forward the concept model,which consist of the relationship and analysis of the strategic orientation, project portfolio management, project portfolio succes, and puts forward relevant hypothesis.Then combined with the above analysis design dimensions,makes the questionnaire and scale of this rearch. Again, wide access to research data support through the release of questionnaires to respondents objected, based on a questionnaire we analysises and statistical data using statistical software after data collection. Finally, the analysis results are analysised, further thinking and research are discussed,the results of the internal causes and the possible mechanism of action, helps make conclusion and some limitations and prospects for innovation.After the documents model proposes data collection and analysis, this paper concluded the study conclusions as follows:(1) enterprise strategic orientation and project portfolio management are significant positive correlated.(2) strategic orientation and project portfolio success are significant positive correlated.(3) project portfolio management is partial related to project portfolio success.(4)one of project portfolio management dimension portfolio steering act as partial intermediary role,on the relation between strategic orientation and project portfolio success. This paper, come up with the dimensions of project portfolio management and its successful evaluation standard for further research,then summarizing project portfolio management and its four dimensions, and based on all this reach on the relationship of strategic orientation, project portfolio management and project portfolio success for empirical research, we strive to clear the mechanism between strategy and project portfolio, thus provides the basis for better implementation of enterprise strategy,and better application of project portfolio management, this paper put forward a new topic which has certain theoretical and practical significance. |
