Study On The Construct Project Collaborative Management Of General Contractor Based On The Value Network

The main purpose of this paper is demonstrating the necessity and feasibility ofcollaborative management of the project, and designs a collaborative project managementmodel based on value network which can improve the project management level of thegeneral contractor, and describes the overall process of collaborative project management.For the characteristics of the topic, the paper applies documentary research methods,introduction research methods and qualitative simulation method to study the topic.First, the paper analyzes the current researches of the project coordinatedmanagement. On the basis of integrating these literature, the paper proposes the necessityof implementing collaborative project management and the experience that the generalcontractor can absorb.Second, the paper analyses the basic structure of the general contractor valuenetwork from the value point, value stream and the value chain, and describes thenecessary connection between value network and the general contractor’s businessprocesses. Then, based on the analysis of dynamic partnership between node enterprisesof the value network, the paper describes the layer synergistic mechanism of the generalcontractor and builds a structural model of collaborative management based on the valuenetwork of general contractor.Then, using the integrated definition (IDEF)theory, the paper describes the overallprocess of the collaborative project management activities including three key functionalactivities which are pre-planning and decision-making, project implementation andoperation and maintenance. The paper describes the external control conditions, input-output items and the main functional activities to achieve collaborative managementactivities and gradually clear the process design to achieve the main functional activities,which provide guidance for the implementation of collaborative management.Last, the paper proposes measures on how to conduct collaborative projectmanagement activities,full use of modern network technology,and analysis collaborativeprocurement, collaborative storage management and other aspects of collaborative implementations to safeguard the smooth development of collaborative projectmanagement activities.
