Applied Research On Piecework Wage System In Warehouse Operation Of A Enterprises

Storage is one of the core functions provided by the third party logistics company.Storage system plays an important role in the whole logistics system.Storage is the necessary condition of social material production,and it’s also the important foundation of the "third profit source".The quality and efficiency of logistics system will be directly affected by storage operation quality,management level and operational efficiency.It has a very important significance for reducing the logistics cost to motivate warehouse staff which is the basis of warehouse operation and improve warehouse operation efficiency.According to the actual operation of A company,this paper conducts a thorough analysis and research on warehouse operation piecework wage plan by using the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze the problems found in warehouse operation efficiency management.This paper mainly includes the following five parts.The first part is the introduction,It include mainly elaborating the background,significance,basic mentality and method of the topic.The second part is the summary of related theory.It introduces several basic theories like scientific management theory,incentive theory and payment management theory which is the basis of the paper.The third part takes A company as an example,describes the process and current situation of warehousing operation,and analyzes the reasons of the problems in warehouse operation management.The forth part introduces the design and implementation of piecework plan,including confirming the basic principle and type of operation,statistical analyzing operation efficiency and effectiveness,confirming operating unit,forming piecework scheme,implementation,evaluation and modification of scheme.The fifth part is the conclusion and expectation.It achieved good results through the implementation of piecework payment scheme such as efficiency increasing,income increasing,operation ability enhancing,operation cost reducing and customer satisfaction improving.The innovation point is that implement piecework payment from the perspective of improving the efficiency of warehousing operations management for A company which is an object of study.It could reduce the total staff costs and provide a reference for other departments to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Meanwhile,traditional piecework payment system will appear the problem which pay attention to quantity and ignore quality under the principle of more pay for more work and distribution according to work,which greatly reduces the effectiveness of piecework payment.This paper studies how to make the piecework payment system not only emphasize quantity but also pay more attention to the operation safety and quality according to actual operation of enterprises.
