Since 2002,the electric power industry to implement a new mode of operation,that "Power generation and transmission separately,electricity price bidding to power grid".The electric Power construction comes to the period of rapid development.The whole National electric power installed capacity increased from 357 million KW to 1360 million KW,The whole National electricity generating capacity increased from 165 million KW·h to 550 million KW·h.At the same time,China's electric power equipment manufacturing industry has made considerable progress.A large number of power equipment manufacturing enterprises are also growing rapidly.While,due to the increasingly fierce competition,some smaller power manufacturing enterprises are in trouble.Because of the changes of market environment,raw material prices,labor costs and other factors,they grow in well-known international brands and domestic large-scale manufacturing enterprises in the crevice.The HM company is a small power equipment company,it was founded in the period of rapid development of the National electric power.Like the same to HM company,with China's reform and opening up,Small and medium enterprises make an important contribution for the rapid development of China's economy.The small and medium-sized enterprise is an important part of the economic development,it is the most active power in the contemporary economic life,and has become the main driving force of the national economic growth.But the small and medium-sized enterprises are also faced with various difficulties in the market competition.For example,problems of enterprises to adapt to the market,weak awareness of technological innovation,financing problems,backward management system,and so on.This article analyzes the macro external environment,the internal environment of the company and the industry competition organization.So we understand the company's strengths and weaknesses,as well as the opportunities and threats.This article sums up the situation of the State Grid Market in the past three years.I learned “the thirteenth five-year plans” of electric power industry development planning.The article summarizes the HM company more than ten years of business success or failure.I Use theory and data analysis the problems,in order to find out the reason that cause of success and failure.In this way,i can solve the problems of the company management,reduce the company's risk,make strategic plan for the company's development.Thus it can enable the company to achieve the strategic objectives.
