Research On Risk Management In Product Design Of Company A

Product development is complicated system engineering,according to statistics from related departments;the annual product development project in more than 20000,50% of the project is expected to put into production,but only 15% in the project successfully to open up the market.Although such products R&D are still recognized enable enterprises to gain new competitive advantage of an important means,the survival of the enterprise significant impact.For a company is located in the natural gas by in the automotive industry,national policy titled to the new energy,new energy cay rental market in steady and a place,and the market is natural gas car of the main market.Overall market share of smaller,coupled with 2015 to gasoline prices back fall,the manufacturers of gas car industry faces more serious business problems.Company A has been occupied 70% share in the natural gas passenger OEM market,and for 20 years the company has been adopted differentiation strategy,with implementation of advanced technology.With the reduced market share and reduced profits,the company problem has begun to highlight,especially in R&D.The company has two kinds of problems: one is that when the product R&D project is progressing into small batch production stage,it is found the product qualifcation rate is too low,unable to realize engineering.As a result the development was postponed indefinitely;the second problem is that after according to the development process the product is developed and finished products come out,but the performance or pricecan't be accepted by the market,or there is risk of mass return.After the analysis the author thinks that the main cause of internal and external problems of company A lies in the risk control of product development.This thesis in the full study combing the automobile industry standard,TS/16949 system requirements,risk management thought and a company existing produce development system,process based on.Analysis a company existing product development process of risk control measures in the produce development stage,from the technical,market,production,environment,capital,management of produced development risk factors were extracted,and set up to produced development success an the goal layer,technology and market six level and influence factors as the criterion layer to determine research or whether can be a conclusion to a level analysis(AHP)model,combined with the actual situation of company A.For company A product development process in the riskof quantitative evaluation.Finally,according to the existing of the most serious of two class problems,selected typical cases,using AHP model for risk assessment,to develop solution and to solve the mail problems of company A at the present stage.
