Corps economic development is the basis of agriculture,we must vigorously develop agriculture to consolidate the foundation,in order to increase the momentum of economic development corps.At present,the state has given preferential policies in Xinjiang,19 provinces and municipalities have also extended a helping hand to Xinjiang.However,the strength of these help is limited,the key also needs us to improve the economic strength of Xinjiang itself,improve the overall quality and ability of workers.However,the strength of these help is limited,the key also needs us to improve the economic strength of Xinjiang itself,improve the overall quality and ability of workers.Only such force inside and outside,in order to achieve "win-win" effect,Xinjiang's economy can rapidly improve,the corps economy get fast development,the Corps of the new mission field,the construction company to get vigorously promote.In this paper,the eight division of agriculture and animal husbandry farm workers' training in agricultural science and technology as the research object.Combining human capital theory,agricultural technology diffusion theory,vocational education theory and peasant behavior theory,combining theory with practice,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis.First explains the status of the eight division of agricultural herd worker of agricultural science and technology training;and then makes an analysis of the features of the eight division of agricultural herd worker of agricultural science and technology training,summarizes its development dilemma;finally the influence analysis of multivariate logistics model results of variables on the eight division of farm workers of agricultural science and technology training,and put forward the solution the corresponding countermeasures.The study found: the eight division of agriculture and animal husbandry farm workers has many problems in science and technology training: staff culture quality is low,do not know the place of training,lack of training motivation,training mechanism is not perfect,the lack of funds and professional training,lack of teachers,the training content and demand.Through empirical analysis,we find that variables such as the characteristics of farmers(families),the content of training in science and technology,the mode of training in science and technology,and the mode of training in science and technology have different impacts on the effectiveness of training in science and technology.In order to improve the eight division of agricultural herd worker training in agricultural science and technology achievements,the need to further strengthen the staff training technology concept;rich technology training;foster the promotion of efficient training mode;play the leading role of the government;to strengthen the construction of training institutions and units,to promote the eight division of agriculture and animal husbandry farm workers' compensation technology to enhance the effect.
