In recent years,the express industry,as the basic industry for the development of national economy,has shown strong vitality and continued to maintain the momentum of high speed growth.The second half of 2016,the courier company successively through the backdoor landing A shares,listed in the United States have the way to enter the capital market,and in the best to enter the capital market,showing a high growth situation,and from the first half of 2017,five courier companies(Yuantong,Shentong,Zhongtong,Shunfeng,Yunda)annual report released,they have fulfilled the performance promises backdoor restructuring.When the negative news broke out in the new media environment,the fall of the listed company's share price occurred.These sudden events have caused great damage to the related listed companies.And express company,because of high synchronization of stock price,and express company facing the consumer market,its risk tolerance is low.Therefore,it is necessary to study the information and communication risk of the express company.The paper take the “closed down” incident of Yuantong company as an example,firstly divides the whole process of the “closed down” incident to four stages: the formation period,the outbreak period,the peak period and the weakening period;secondly,with the method of fault tree studied the information and communication risk which Yuantong company faced in the “closed down” incident,and draws a complete fault tree;finally,on the basis of the existing internal network architecture of the company,two sets of parallel information transmission system posts are set up for the company: the first system is the internal anomaly detection system,the second system is the public opinion monitoring system,and the two systems are complementary to the company in the emergency.It provides a reliable basis for accurately judging the development of emergencies,and then puts forward different countermeasures according to the different risks faced by the company in different information dissemination stages.
