Prevention Strategy Research On Employee Turnover At Vanguard V+ In Lanzhou

With the development of economic globalization,the preliminary form of China's new economic era has been formed under the control of national macro policies,and various forms of new formats have broadened the human resources market.But with the development of knowledge economy era,in a new era of young workers to pursuing equality and the realization of self-worth,loyalty to the enterprise is not high.In this context,as a typical representative of labor-intensive industries,the retail industry is experiencing talent competition and shortage of labor market.As the youngest,most fashionable and special supermarket in Lanzhou,Vanguard V+ supermarket attracts numerous customers,and its sales are increasing.However,the problem of employee turnover is increasingly serious,which is extremely unfavorable to its rapid development momentum.Using Vanguard V + as the object of study,based on the theories of staff turnover,this thesis tries to find out the deep reasons for the staff turnover at Vanguard V+ through the enterprise investigation,the analysis of staff characteristics,and by using the questionnaire for the factors influencing the employee turnover.It has been proven through the investigation and analysis that macro environmental factors,individual internal factors and organizational characteristics are the factors that influence employee turnover.Finally,based on the management of the supermarket,the prevention strategy for employee turnover at Vanguard V+ is proposed in the thesis to provide a theoretical and practical basis for the supermarket to formulate its organizational strategy,to motivate and cultivate talents,and to improve the economic benefits as well.
