In recent years,some reports show that the growth rate of computer terminal continues to decline,while the growth rate of mobile phone terminal is increasing year by year,promoting the frequency in the use of wireless network services.Nowadays,wireless network service has become a necessary configuration for governments,enterprises,commercial tenants and other institutions,and meanwhile wireless network services related business has been developed.In the process of high frequency use of wireless network,more and more deficiencies are revealed due to the lack of forward-looking wireless network planning and design.For the government management,asmost wireless network consists of the services provided independently by the enterprise,the insufficient security protection technology results in the failure in the guarantee of the wireless network user ’s information securityand the restraint and standardization of the wireless network user’s network behavior.For wireless network providers,independent wireless network systems form isolated information islands,unable to provide value-added services;for wireless network users,emphasis should be put on security measures to improve wireless network information security protection and personal privacy.Based on Guangxin cloud service platform(hereinafter referred to as Guangxin wireless network system),the wireless network system is a newly developed product of Guangxin Company.In order to make the Guangxin wireless network system enter the market to obtain certain sales volume and market share,considering the characteristics,market demand,industry development and internal and external environmental factors of Guangxin Wireless Network system,this paper will combine the marketing ability and management condition of Guangxin Company,and give full play of the market advantages of Guangxin Company and Guangxin Wireless Network system to ensure the Guangxin wireless network system to obtain favourable sales volume and market share.This paper uses SWOT and PEST tools to analyze the marketing environment of Guangxin Company in detail,combining the political,economic,social and technological factors.It makes marketing strategy suitable for Guangxin Company and Guangxin Wireless Network system through combining the advantages and disadvantages of Guangxin Company and taking the marketing theory as the guiding program.The marketing strategy is mainly based on product,price and channel.In the product strategy,the system has obvious differentiation compared with the similar products in the market,including function,service,business model,etc.The gradient pricing strategy is adopted to provide promotion strategies with different discount rates according to the purchase scale;In the channel layout,the synchronous development of operators and customer channels is promoted to improve the effect of channel marketing.In order to ensure the effect of the marketing strategy of Guangxin wireless network system,this paper combines the advantages of Guanxin and its corporate resources and focuses on the construction of professional team,incentive system,brand value,risk control and so on to provide effective emergency and safeguard measures,weaken the impact of risks,reduce losses,and ensure the successful implementation of Guangxin wireless network system marketing strategy.By combining thenvironmental analysis,marketing strategy formulation and safeguard measures in the research process,this paper aims to ensure the Guangxin wireless network system to obtain a good market share and favourable sales volume,through fully demonstration of the feasibility of Guangxin wireless network system and the effectiveness of marketing strategy.
