An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Development Level Of Producer Services To The Equipment Manufacturing Industry’s Competitiveness

This paper mainly based on our countries’ industrial structure adjustment, andtransformation of the pattern of economic development, so I regard producer services andequipment manufacturing industry as my research object,do research on the effect aboutthe development of the former to the competitiveness of the latter.Basing on presentsituation of industry development, and combining the theory of industry economics withindustry competitiveness, starting from the industry internal structure level, to measure theindustry’s variable, then put forward the research hypothesis.Then look for some relevantdata which from statistical yearbook, do linear regression analysis, and explore therelationships between these variables,and analyze the development of producer serviceshow to affect the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry. So I can digdeeper policies and suggestions from these factors that can enhance competitiveness ofequipment manufacturing industry.All these can provide a scientific basis for industrialupgrading and structural optimization, promote the industry’s competitiveness and themode transformation of economic growth, promote industrialization development to a newroad in China.First of all,this paper have introduced the connotation and classification ofproducer services and equipment manufacturing industry,then expounded the connotationand basic theory of industry competitiveness.They laid a theoretical foundation for theanalysis of this paper.Secondly, have analyzed relationship between producer services and equipmentmanufacturing industry based on the scholars’research.have detailedly discussed supportperformance about the development level of producer services to the equipmentmanufacturing industry.Based on these,I proposed research hypothesis of this paper.Thirdly, have measured variable about the development level of producer services andthe equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness respectively,then collected andorganized the relevant data,done regression analysis about research hypothesis.Fourthly,have analyzed the empirical results,Then analyzed the impact of thedevelopment of producer services as a whole and on behalf of it to the competitiveness ofequipment manufacturing industry respectively. In order to verify the scientificity andreliability of the empirical results, have carried out the robustness test,so compared theactual development of the industry situation of2009and2010.Robustness tests show that the theory and interpretation of the variable have robustness,and the conclusions of thispaper have scientificity and reliability.Finally, summarized the conclusions of this paper,put forward relevant policysuggestions, analyzed the disadvantage of this text, and expressed the outlook for thefuture research.
