Research On The Measurement Of City Integration In Langfang City Driven By Logistics Nodes

The national Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration policy and the construction drive of Beijing's new airport provide an unprecedented opportunity and challenge for good development in Hebei Province,especially Langfang,which is adjacent to Beijing,in core city functions and industrial restructuring and innovation.Under the influence of the external environment,such as adapting to the national policy and the construction of the Beijing International Large-scale Comprehensive Airport,Langfang's economic structure and industrial structure,the effectiveness and incompatibility of urban carriers prominent issues.The function of park construction in the early stage is not coordinated with the service demand of the development of market economy,The function of the urban area under the population increase and driven by various needs has obviously lagged behind.The focus is on the modern transportation and logistics integrated services,customs and financial services,human resources flow and service management,circulation services,modern communications and other supporting construction requirements of the construction and operation of international large-scale comprehensive airports,which is the development of good opportunities of Langfang core urban innovation.The development of industries and cities has reached a state of balanced development and a two-way integration of industries and cities.City integration is an important development concept at the present stage in our country.It requires the integration of industry and cities and the coordinated development.City integration will continue to improve urban functions and provide a good environment for industrial development.On the other hand,industrial upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure will be realized,leading to the further development of cities.In order to meet the spillover of Beijing's non-capital core functions and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration Development Program,this paper studies the fusion measure of property production in Langfang City.Driven by the new airport in Beijing and based on the basic requirements for the integration of industrial and urban areas,this paper constructs an index system of industrial integration suitable for evaluating 11 districts of Langfang from three aspects: industrial support,urban driving force and living cohesion.Then,using the method of principal component analysis and entropy method,the integrated score of the measure of city-city integration in different districts of Langfang City is ranked.According to the cluster analysis of the comprehensive score system,some suggestions are put forward.According to the analysis of the survey data,it shows that there is a significant difference in the integration level of the cities in the districts of Langfang and the unbalanced development between the cities in the region;By comparing the comprehensive score of the city-level integration with the local indicators,it is found that the level of integration between production and the city is positively correlated with the proportion of the output value of the tertiary industry,but the industrial structure is not reasonable.Logistics nodes promote the development of industrial integration in the region;The method of cluster analysis was used to divide 11 of Langfang City into 4 categories,Langfang Economic Development Zone belongs to the first category and defines Langfang City Center City.It is found that there are differences in the integration and development of the cities and towns in different districts of Langfang City,according to the differences between the development of different regions put forward corresponding development proposals.According to Langfang City fusion measurement results,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the industrial development,urban construction and government functions in three aspects of Langfang City.Specific measures are as follows: Put forward the concept of eco-city construction,relying on Beijing's industrial spillover and the new capital airport opportunities,adjust the industrial structure of Langfang City,to promote industrial upgrading proposals;According to the urban planning and the new capital airport drive,rational planning and layout of urban transport,improve infrastructure and build a livable city;In terms of government functions,the government should give play to the directors and regulators of industrial and urban development,and at the same time do a good job as a guide for urban innovation so as to promote the further development of the city.
