The Selection of central node of Emergency logistics is an important function in emergency management. The distance between the emergency logistics nodes and the location of accident disaster is directly related to the quality and efficiency of the rescue activities. Therefore, a lot of scholars at home and abroad have presented their different researching results on studies of the emergency logistics node selection. Most of them have achieved many breakthrough results by building the models related to the selection of emergency logistics nodes, and designing the corresponding algorithm to solve the models.The paper firstly puts forward the background and significance of the subject about the selection of emergency logistics nodes and elaborates the research status of logistics and node selection of emergency at home and abroad according to the research results of scholars at home and abroad. The paper then points out the main contents and methods of this paper and establishes the research framework. The paper then divides the selection of location of emergency logistics nodes into two stages according to the analysis of the different factors in location of emergency logistics nodes.The first stage is the process of selection of the initial location, which means the selection of nodes considering the emergency logistics support capability of the cities in Anhui Province. First of all, we establish the nodes index system, and then make an objective evaluation of emergency logistics capabilityof each city in Anhui Province based on principal component analyzing method. Finally we select the strongest capability city in emergency logistics support as a result of preliminary location of emergency logistics, i.e. emergency logistics nodes. The second stage is the target node selection. The final stage of site selection is based on the results of the first stage, through the establishment of model, using genetic algorithm with MATLAB language to select the rational node city as the final node of emergency logistics. At the end of the paper, the author summarizes and analysis the advantages and shortcomings in the process of emergency logistics, and puts forward some suggestions.The study of the location problem can be divided into the two stages. In the first stage of the location problem we can see that the development location of emergency logistics in each city of Anhui province is not balanced. The paper analyses the advan tage and shortcomings of each city in the emergency logistics development process b y evaluating the ability of the city emergency logistics support, finding out the gap of development between Anhui city and its the adjacent city and the province, then analy zes the causes and the fact that its development requires the implementation of favora ble measures to promote the development of emergency logistics in local area; In the second stages, the specific location of each city can make clear its position in Anhui province emergency logistics network location, understand the status of adjacent city emergency logistics, emergency logistics node distance clear its own position and dist ance is determined by the service emergency logistics node, improve the system of e mergency logistics network.
