With the sustainable, rapid and healthy development of Chinese economy, the annual growth of car sales has greatly promoted the rapid development of the need of sales logistics in Chinese automobile and its parts enterprises.Researchs show that the logistics costs in the automotive parts enterprise is the biggest expense except the cost of raw material, an effective logistics system can make logistics cost be reduced by 15%-30% in most cases. Known as “the hiding land in economic fields” and "the third profit source", modern logistics get more and more attention from automotive parts enterprises in the context of Global economic integration, scientific and technological progress and increased competition. How to build a perfect and effective sales logistics system and turn the automotive parts sales logistics from a cost center into a profit center is the significance of this paper.First, the paper introduces the definition, classification and functions of sales logistics, analyses three operating modes of the sales logistics: complete self-operating logistics, complete outsourcing logistics and logistics alliance mode, and describes the relevant content of the network nodes layout of sales logistics. Secondly, it introduces the development status and trend of Chinese automotive parts enterprises and its sales logistics, and explains the importance of sales logistics for enterprise development, put forwards the necessity of reasonably choosing a sales logistics operating model, accomplish the network nodes layout, finding the optimal logistics costs and constructing an effective sales logistics system. Then, it studies the decision-making factors which influences the selection of sales logistics modes and discusses how to use the SWOT analytic method and decision-making process to select a reasonable logistics model, in addition, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was set up to evaluate the selection. Then it use principal component analysis to calculate the score ranking of the alternative node cities and choose the appropriate regional logistics center for sales logistics network nodes layout. Subsequently, it establishes a g multipoint-transport model to solve the assignment problem of the number of production between the cities, so that the lowest total overall cost can be available.Finally, with LH company as the research object, it chooses a suitable sales logistics system which coincides with the state of operation and strategic target of the automotive parts enterprise: logistics alliance mode, selects reasonable logistics network node cities and puts forward a optimal transportation plan.
