At present,the economic level of our country is booming,the local governments vigorously promote the project construction,and the government investment projects increase gradually.Most government projects belong to the financial investment,the time limit is tight,the capital is used efficiently and the project quality is high.With the rapid development of China's economy and trade,the logistics industry as an emerging industry,began to play an important role in the national economy,with increasing contribution to the substantial economy.Since the arrival of SF,YTO and STO have already made landfall in the domestic capital market,the social attention and demand of the logistics industry is increasing.However,the overall logistics industry in China is not mature enough,it lacks of scientific logistics management concept,and the standardization of management is not high enough.Especially for some small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,how to improve the management and operation level of enterprises,and optimize their own service marketing strategy has become a problem that enterprises have to face and solve.Xinbang logistics is a medium-sized private enterprises,after decades of development,the logistics industry has a certain brand influence in the southern province of guangdong,occupy a certain market share in area.However,due to a lack of advanced logistics management concept and technology as the guide,market-oriented operation ability is not strong,in the nowadays logistics industry competition intensifies,market share gradually by the circumstances of great giant carved up,Xinbang logistics on the development has entered a bottleneck period.Thus,how to breakthrough in the field of service marketing,the enhancement enterprise's service marketing ability,to better provide customers with the satisfaction of quality service,is that the new nations logistics on the upgrade management must attach importance to the problem.Based on the service marketing theory as the research framework,what I have learnt in the MBA courses,professional theory knowledge and my dozens of years of experience in logistics industry,the development of logistics industry trends and new nations logistics operation present situation has carried on the detailed analysis.First of all,this paper made analysis on macro environment,the medium industry competition environment and internal resources environment,global competition environment,competitors and their own internal situation by making the use of PEST and SWOT analysis tools.At the same time,through the questionnaire survey,the service marketing quality customer evaluation of the new state logistics is comprehensively evaluated,and the existing problems in the existing service marketing are analyzed,and the deficiencies are clearly defined.Finally,aiming at the problems of service marketing,this paper puts forward the optimization of the service marketing strategy,and to improve policies and measures from product,price,channel,promotion,service personnel,tangible demonstration,and service process this seven aspects,providing guarantee for the sustainable development of the new nations logistics,logistics market management optimization.
