As the development of Chinese high-speed railway,more and more high-speed railway stations appear.However,the service-level of high-speed railway station cannot satisfy the growing demand of passengers.In recent years,the main complaints of passengers are as follows:bad service attitude、confusing guidance、long waiting time and high equipment failure rate.All of the complaints call for the improvements of organization management of high-speed railway station.In order to improve the organization management,high-speed railway station should enhance staff management、passenger organization and equipment management.In this way,the service quality will be improved and the aim of building “Intelligent high-speed railway station” will be realized.This paper includes four parts as follows:1.Introducing the background and significance of organization management of high-speed railway station,research status at home and abroad as well as main contents of the research.2.Introducing management modes of high-speed railway station as well as defining an intellectual high-speed railway station and presenting its main functions.3.Analyzing the present organization management of Chanshanan railway station from three respects: staff management 、 passenger organization and equipment management.4.Proposing an optimization scheme for the organization management of Changshanan railway station: firstly,presenting the overall aim of optimization scheme;secondly,the optimization contents including improving the staff management level 、 optimizing passenger organization and optimizing equipment management;thirdly,estimating the benefits resulting from the scheme.
