| ABSTRACT:In recent years, the economy of our country has achieved unprecedented development, while the developments of railway also come into a large-scale construction period, and achieve great success, a large number of new or reconstruction railway passenger transportation stations (abbreviation:railway passenger stations, or railway stations sometimes, if no particular instructions, the same for below) with large or medium size have or to be put into use more an more, they greatly improved the outlook of railway services. However, at the same time, some deficiencies still exist, the problems of passenger station resources being not fully utilized always existing and bring about many negative effects to the developments of the railway and the regional economic.Beijing-south station, as a large-scale reconstruction passenger station in a short-term in China, has its own unique superiority in many aspects, studying its mode of comprehensive development to enhance the efficiency of its resources using has a great significance to the railroad and even to the development of state economy.Some problems about railway passenger stations of our country are still exist, such as the function of them is also limited, the utilization of the resources of them is not efficient, and the negative effects to the development of cities increase day by day due to the unconstrained growth of the economy of the districts around them. In order to resolve these problems, to take full advantage of the resources of Beijing-south station, to provide a full range of services for passengers, this article aims to research the present situation of comprehensive development in the city railway passenger station domestic and abroad, to summarize the successful experience of them, to study the mode of comprehensive development of passenger station in Beijing-South Railway Station, and to propose the related policy and the suggestion, combined with the related practices of comprehensive development in Beijing-South Railway Station, by collecting and researching related data about comprehensive development and operating-management of railway passenger Station domestic and abroad, as well as parts of the materials got by the project group in investigation and studies on the spot massively, as well as mastering the theoretical knowledge, using literature analytic method,field research method,integrating theory and case study method etc.Firstly, this article studies and grasps the correlated theories of comprehensive developments in the city railway passenger stations through literature search method, and the present situations of this domain domestic and foreign, and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of China in this area, and selects several typical cases from whom have obtained success in this domains, to study the relevant practices and the specific approaches of them in this domains separately, and summarizes the successful experiences of them, using the case study way, Finally, the article researches the mode of comprehensive development in Beijing-south station specially, based on analyzing the present situation of comprehensive development and operational status of Beijing-South Railway Passenger. This article study the mode of comprehensive development in Beijing-south passenger station from the internal resources and external resources of it respectively, based on the breakdown of passenger station resources, proposing the pattern "building comprehensive functions center Integrating transportation shipping industry with commercial and service (also namely:Passenger station complex, if not special explanation, the same as follows)" for comprehensive development of internal resources in Beijing-South Railway Passenger Station, and the pattern based on constructing "Beijing-South Railway Station Economic Circle" for comprehensive development of external resources in Beijing-South Railway Passenger Station, as well as policy and recommendations on comprehensive development in Beijing-South Railway Station, combined with the actual situation of their own development, by referring to the successful experiences of comprehensive development in passenger stations at home and abroad. |
