Study On Transportation Organization Based On The Maximization Benefis Of Freight Transportation In Railway Bureau

With the economic system reformation of our country, the railway bureau performed the responsibility system of assets operation and the performance evaluating index system, owing to the operation management reformed by ministry of railway. value preservation and increment has been a important question, which has to been faced by management supervisors. However, in practical production, influenced by planned economy system in a long time, the staffs always pay more attention to transportation than its benefit, damaging seriously the transportation benefit of raily bureau.Baded on the finance liquidation regulation made by ministry of railway, this paper analyzes the transportation process of raiway bureau and confirms the research content of freight transportation benefit of railway bureau firstly, and then taking "calculating the benefit before transporting"as guiding ideology to research the transportation benefit with the single wagon. At the same time, while analyzing the effect of transportation organization, this paper takes the optimization of approvaling claimed train as the important research point. The concrete research content is as follows:1. After analyzing the related concepts of freight transportation of railway bureau, this paper confirms the research range finally.2. According to the calculation theory, this paper calculates the transportation benefit of single wagon of railway bureau, and then analyzes the effect of related factors.3. This paper researches that how transportation organization would influence the transportation benefit, including freight transportation marketing, intergating freight sources, approvaling claimed train, train formation, routing adjustment and so on, and focuses on optimizing wagon loading plan, setting up assessment index system of transportation benefits, and applies fuzzy mathematics comprehensive assessment to transform multi-object into single-object, and establishes the model, using the dynamic programming algorithm to slove.4. At last, through designing a case, it proves the theory proposed by this paper is effective.
