Lean production is an effective management model for the vehicle industry expansion and development.The lean production management system symbolized by Ford's batch production to boost production efficiency to meet the customers demand and Toyota's TPS and GMS,which both aim to boost enterprise's competition and comprehensive strength,get highly praised in vehicle industry and play an important role in production industry.Meanwhile,China's vehicle industry gets a rapid development and more and more enterprises pay attention to the implementation of lean production management at the background of serious competition.Some achieve success while some fail.All in all,this kind of attempt plays positive role in quality,cost,delivery cycle and talents foster and brings an aura of constant improvement inside the enterprise.This essay,based on the history development,outlined the development phases of lean production,from Taylor's Science Management to Ford's batch production,to Japan's management system symbolized by Toyota and Nissan.Not limited on production tools analysis,but more important on the lean system's frame,concept,principle and social and cultural basis,this essay forms a clear understanding on lean production system.The author systemically analyzed B vehicle enterprises management status and risk points,built a lean production system which can be adapt to multi production bases and could be clone on the basis of B's management features.Furthermore,the author has pointed out the strategy to put the system into action by taking production management as the center line,proceeding one point to area eventually and focusing on bottlenecks to improve comprehensive efficiency;by implementing 5S,improving team management and make use of TPM to motivate staff and achieve the goal of constant improving culture and fostering staff during production.In this essay,take B as an example to implement lean production management to outline the strategy of lean production strategy and gather experiences.The essay proposed that enterprise should advocate organizational guarantee and follow-up system to inspire staff positivity and establish the concept that every part be at certain place,foster staff in production and customer be next production process.Take standard production management as tool to establish the system of high efficiency.Strengthen 4M management and promote team standard management to make a tidy production line and form the improvement culture.This essay gives a reference to other Chinese enterprises and could bring some experience on lean production management system for Chinese self-owned brand vehicle enterprises.For those vehicle manufactures,mechanical manufactures,electronic manufactures and assembly factories who have multi production bases,this essay gives an example on how to promote labor productivity,production management standard,build lean production management system from management model,strategy to methods.
