Research On Exploiting Power Market Of Jiangmen Region Based On Power Load Forecasting

The 2008 international financial crisis has brought some negative influence to China's energy development. The paradox of the thermal coal price has furtherly become the main factor that influences the development of the electricity market, and to a certain extent,restricted the development of the industry power market. On the other hand, the financial crisis had a huge impact on Jiangmen region's economic, causing the high-energy-costing industry remains sluggish, with low demand and reduced price, all posed a serious threat to the growth of consumption. To some certain extent, to meet the "save energy, cut emissions" target also restricts the development of power market in Jiangmen region. So the study on the trend for development and how to realize the sustainable development of the industry power market in Jiangmen region has great practical significance.Based on the statistical data collection, this paper analyzes the development of Jiangmen region and the status of the industry power market; adopts metabolism grey forecasting model and predictions thought based on RBF neural network load forecasting model, establishes and improves the load forecasting model for industry power, predits the trend for development of power industry. It is obtained that in the next five years the increase rate in power consumption will be slower.In consequence, it is necessary to explore and integrate the market resources in order to ensure the sustainable development of the economic in Jiangmen region. This paper conducts an analysis respectively to the primary,secondary, tertiary industry, the urban and rural residents and the industrial power market, Then some strategies and detailed suggestions are brought out to dig potential of the power market, furtherly explore the power market.And finally, realize a "win-win" situation between the social benefit and economic benefit.
