Research Of State-owned Highway Enterprise Society Responsibility

As a franchised expressway enterprise under the Chinese government,it undertakes more social responsibilities than other enterprises.However,with the rapid development of China's economy,there are many irresponsible behaviors such as overdue fees,poor workmanship and frequent corruption in the business process.The low social responsibility practice severely restricts the harmonious development of the expressway industry.Therefore,through the analysis of the social responsibility of the expressway enterprises,it is imperative to promote the responsibility of the enterprise to practice.However,the expressway enterprises in all provinces of our country are unevenly developed,and it is of little practical significance to conduct research on all enterprises without any difference.Therefore,this paper chooses Shandong Expressway which is developing rapidly in China's high-speed enterprises as the research object.While elaborating on its fulfillment of social responsibility,combining with the specific conditions of the expressway enterprises in our country,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of fulfilling the social responsibility and formulates corresponding countermeasures.Under the conditions of the combination of government,enterprises and society,it will lead enterprises and the public to create a good environment for undertaking social responsibilities,build an atmosphere in which enterprises can shoulder their social responsibilities,and enable enterprises to take on more social responsibilities.Relying on this effective boosting mechanism,enterprises should be clear about their own subjective position,be accountable to their stakeholders in the system of social responsibility commitment,continuously enhance their social responsibility awareness and earnestly fulfill their social responsibilities.This paper first gives a brief overview of the research status of the social responsibility of expressway enterprises,and introduces the main research contents and methods.Secondly,it expounds the significance and relevant theoretical basis of corporate social responsibility,and analyzes the important responsibilities to be borne by state-owned enterprises and the social responsibilities of road transport enterprises.In the fourth chapter,we mainly study the solutions to the existing problems in the CSR practice of road transport enterprises,and make targeted solutions.Finally,taking Shandong Expressway Group as an example,according to the analysis of the status quo and the social responsibility of the practice content,according to the formation of reasons to make corresponding suggestions.Combined with the previous article,the new development of corporate social responsibility in expressway is prospected.
