CNOOC Information Technology Co.,Ltd provides application solutions at home and abroad,which covers the whole ICT(Information Communications Technology)industrial chain(including communication network,industrial automation & control,IT application software development and maintenance),for the enterprise clients in energy industry.On the one hand,ICT is one of the industries that has rapidest development of technology and upgrade of products all over the world,and it is also a pivotal method to fulfill the national industrial upgrading,So The ICT technology service market has been in high speed and vigorous development period.On the other hand,As international oil price dropped from 115.06 US dollar per barrel to the lowest level since 2014,the company has been enduring an increasing market pressures from the energy industry.so that The demand for the development of the company into other industries is more and more urgent.In this paper,we made a research on the market management and the system optimization of contract management.The efficiency of market management & contract management improved by combining the improvement of market management,the optimization of management & business processes and information applications.Detailed discussions and analyses are carried out based on the five indicators including average response cycle,mission success rate,average business evaluation cycle,average contract evaluation cycle,first-pass rate of approval.Optimization objectives for indicators and implementation plans are developed,and through the implementation these for one year,which aim at enhancing competitiveness by optimizing the internal business and management processes and help the CNOOC Information Technology Co.,Ltd improve the market development & contract management.In order to survive in the fierce competition of the ICT market,beyond the technology product development,it is also necessary for ICT enterprises to continuously improve its business & management processes,to improve the efficiency,to reduce operating costs and enhance the marketing competitiveness,and adapt to the fierce marketing competition.
