The development of China's transportation industry and the acceleration of urbanization have brought new opportunities to the asphalt industry.With the opening up of the oil market in China,all enterprises with strong capital strength can enter the asphalt market,so the asphalt industry has faced new challenges.ZH company business scope covers asphalt trade,asphalt container,asphalt storage,asphalt processing,e-commerce and other fields.Asphalt prices tend to be more and more open and transparent,company profit space to be squeezed.2015 China railway total company release that about developing own container transport to improve container notification of the railway freight volume,and as well as usher in new opportunities.At this time the company is high operating costs and low efficiency,In the face of opportunities and challenges,operation management optimization becomes an important means for the company to improve the current situation,reduce costs and improve competitiveness.This paper studies and analyzes the operation and management problems of the supply chain business department of ZH company,and USES the interview method to obtain real and reliable first-hand information.Based on the years of work experience in this enterprise.Use inductive research methods,that is used to provide a practical basis for this research.this paper provides a sufficient theoretical basis for the paper by referring to relevant the literature and theories.The main contents of this paper are:The first part is the introduction,that expounds the background,research significance,research object,research contents and research methods of this article,expounds the system elaborated the related literature.Put forward the research thinking and frame structure of this paper,The second part is the relevant theoretical basis.This paper expounds the theory of operation management and the theory of process optimization,which lays the theoretical foundation for this paper.The third part is that expounds operation situation and operational management problems of the ZH company supply chain business department at the present,first introduced the background,this paper expounds the company organization chart,staffing table and responsibility,etc.,combined with the company's basic business data,carried on the thorough analysis about the present situation of the company's operations,found the problems existing in the operation management mainly include(1)organization setup is not reasonable;(2)the business process is not running smoothly;(3)low informatization level;(4)other operational issues,such as unreasonable personnel allocation,poor supply chain management,low customer service level and low efficiency of container operation.The causes of the problem were analyzed by using Fishbone diagram analysis.The fourth part is the optimization plan of operation management of ZH company supply chain division.Using ASME flow analysis method combined with the flow chart for the company's current business processes are analyzed.in this paper,the optimization measures of business process,organization adjustment and informatization construction is given priority to,other optimization measures is complementary,that include human resources and system optimization,supply chain management optimization,customer service management optimization,container operation optimization,and analysis process and the matching relationship between organization.The fifth part is the plan implementation and the safeguard measure,and the expected effect analysis.The sixth part is the conclusion.Based on the research of the company's operating management.Exploring the relationship between organizational structure and business processes,business process and informatization.Effective use and mining of data to provide strong support on strategic decisions for the company,pointed out the direction for the company.The function of customer and supplier management for the operation management optimization.Human resources optimization,the system construction and the performance evaluation,that for the company's overall operating environment to provide care and support.the analysis of the core business and optimize is beneficial to reduce costs,improve operational efficiency,continuous optimization is the direction of our work.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of this paper.
