With the modern social change rapidly,the kidney customer demand get more and more ones.At the same time,along with the innovation of science and technology,the product life cycle is getting shorter,and each industry competition is very violent,in recent years,because “ buyer's market ” was sound,the sales management is becoming regular,and it became gradually from experience management to scientific management of the original.Many software companies have accumulated some work experience,developed sales information management system,applied it to the practical work.But more business leaders expect to have a very fruitful sales information management system,can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of management.The Jiamusi Electric Machine CO.,Ltd is a modern machinery R & D,produces and sales of manufacturing enterprises,but it's sales information management process is still in the initial stage,and had affected indirectly the whole company market competition.this kind of management mode will not only increase the sales information management of labor costs,but also lack the unified management of the sales data,the finally result is that leaders can't quickly and efficiently obtain the real market's situation and demand.Above all,this paper combined with the actual situation of the current and future development needs of the Jiamusi Electric Machine CO Ltd,and learned from other enterprises sales information management experience,unite the Jiamusi Electric Machine CO Ltd has introduced Germany SAP company's ERP and PLM management system,build a perfect function,information integration and information sharing to support sales management information system.Through the introduction of the basic situation and the current situation of the sales information management,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the operation process and the causes of the problems,used the ESIA analysis to find out the key nodes of the process optimization.Then,this paper analyzes the demand of sales information management of the Jiamusi Electric Machine CO Ltd.Based on the original work flow,the author put forward a plan for the optimization and reconstruction of the work flow from the pre-sale,sale and after sale.Finally,the paper proposed the plan of the implementation of the sales information management optimization program,and raised the safeguard measures from three aspects: the enterprise culture security,human resources security and management system guarantee,so as to ensure the effective implementation of the plan.The sales process optimization program can be unified management by computer,realize the sharing of sales data,sales customer information timely,implementation of contract execution process dynamic query,data reporting,successful implementation will make sales management good for the Jiamusi Electric Machine CO Ltd.And make it from extensive to accurate,from fuzzy to clear,from static to dynamic,to meet the needs of customers.It has played a positive role in promoting the reform and innovation of sales information management in manufacturing industry.
