| As a branch of management,project management became an independent discipline until after World War II.After development and perfection about more than half a century,project management has gradually formed its own complete knowledge structure and theoretical system,its theory and method has also been accepted by the public,and widely used in military,industrial,construction and other fields.With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,the research of project management has been extended to a deeper and wider field,and new theories and methods have continually emerged.The project process of enterprise has been deepened in recent years,many enterprises is no longer facing a single project,but many are taking place at the same time,the original single project management method can not be able to adapt to the complex and changeable multi-project management status.Therefore,multi-project management is becoming the focus and hot spot in the research and practice of project management.This paper analysises the project management status of KEDA company,combined with the problems found in daily work,and then analysies on the basis of domestic and foreign literature and research results,put forward corresponding solutions and measures that ensure the solutions can be implemented.This paper firstly summarizes the theory and method of project and multi-project management;followed by the actual situation and problems of KEDA company;then from a practical point of view,combined with the theories and methods of multi-project management,research from set of organizational structure,planning and control,resource allocation model,human resource management etc.,in order to found a suitable way of multi-project management for enterprises,provide guidance for enterprises' daily multi-project management practice in the future,and also hope to be able to provide inspiration and reference for the similar enterprise multi-project management. |
