The multi-project practice makes multi-project management has become the focus and hot. Enterprise involves a variety of different conflicts when implements many projects simultaneously.First, introduced the concepts classification and merits, discussed the characteristics and proposed the main points of multi-project management. Then analyzed the conflicts, introduced the conflicts'forming process and influences, proposed some methods to solve the conflicts. Analyzed the types of conflicts detail. The article focused on to solve two conflicts in multi- project management: the projects priority conflict and the resources conflict. When discussed the priority conflict, proposed different conflict solutions in enterprise strategy tier and the project implementation tier. In enterprise strategy tier, first used the investment portfolio classification matrix technique to qualify, thus proposed FAHP to quantify and used example to prove the method's feasibility. In the enterprise Implement tier, according to multi-project's different finished time, launched a punitive function to solve the problem.Research the resource conflicts in many projects, focused on the resource-constrained multi-project resource allocation problem. First, introduced several algorithms, and then introduced the Multi-project priority to the resources allocation model. Made the necessary assumption and then established multi-objective two-tier plans models. Then, used the GA-based multi-objective optimizing solved the model. And exemplified GA in solving the resource-constrained problems. The idea and exploration are Developments to Related research fields and also makes the model for the enterprise multi-projects conflict management.
