| Economic globalization and technological progress has led to an unprecedented fierce competition among enterprises.Enterprise Performance evaluation is an important part of enterprise management,besides,it’s also the basis of analyzing,forecasting and planning of the future development of the enterprise,and an important means to improve the enterprise’s competitive ability.This paper studies the theme of performance management in Shtar Science &Technology Group Corporation and explore new ideas and methods to enhance its performance management from the perspective of performance managementBased on the theory of management and incentive theory,according to the current stage of development of the enterprise this paper analyses the performance characteristics of the enterprise,builds a system based on optimization of enterprise performance evaluation framework and system,and designed a performance management framework of Shtar Science &Technology Group Corporatio combining with the assessment tools and management system.Based on the improvement of performance management in science and technology,from the "strategic orientation principle,the principle of balanced development,SMART principle",this paper expounds the improvement rules of the performance management system,puts forward the design scheme of improving the performance management,and elaborates the content from the design idea,the dynamic management process,the main content and the responsibility mechanism,the performance management,the establishment of performance management system and so on.Besides,the protection measures of the improvement scheme in the performance management of Shtar Science &Technology Group are studied and explored. |
