Performance management is the core part of human resource management,also is the main tool of one enterprise to realize strategy and sustainable development.With the increasing competition press in the market,all companies are trying to improve enterprise performance.The realization of the enterprise performance depends on the market environment,advanced technology,management efficiency and the hardware equipment,but ultimately,depends on the realization of enterprise strategic target step by step on the organization,departments and employees.Therefore enterprises must adopt the suitable performance management tool for itself,and then optimize constantly,and finally achieve the business goals through the effective implementation.Qingdao Wanbao Compressor Co.,Ltd is engaged in the research,design,manufacture and sales of refrigerator compressor since established in 2005.Now the company is facing with the operation bottleneck after high speed development in recent years.New breakthrough is required in management mind,personnel training,technology innovation and other perspectives for performance promotion.Combined with Wanbao's own development strategic,this article aims to the performance management,investigates and analysis the performance management status with reference of performance management theory and application results,and diagnoses the inadequate integration between performance management and enterprise strategy,formalism of performance management caused by inadequate communication,application only on bonus distribution and other problems.Eventually balanced score card is applied together with MBO management and KPI setting.Based on it,article designs optimization scheme and puts forward the safeguard.Through the research on performance management of Qingdao Wanbao Company,this article is intended to improve enterprise performance management level and promote the development of enterprise by finding&analyzing problems and raising efficient solution.Also,being the reference for other small and medium-sized enterprises' performance management is also one target of this article.
