| Pipeline Bureau has participated in EPC project management since 2009.EPC project has the characteristics of large construction scale,long operation period,many uncertain factors,involving a wide range of professional technical aspects,and the complicated relationship between the interests of the project construction.From these characteristics,we can see that the traditional static risk management is not suitable for actual operation of the EPC project,and Pipeline Bureau needs to establish a set of risk dynamic management model which can meet the requirement of actual EPC project management to reduce the risk and gain profit of EPC project to the maximum level.Based on studying related documents,collecting information of risk management cases and interviewing related personals,started from analyzing the present condition and existing problem of Pipeline Bureau’s EPC project risk management,through reviewing related project risk management theories both domestic and abroad,this paper has illustrated how to establish EPC project risk dynamic management model taking project operation time axis as dynamic factor,how to support risk dynamic monitoring and alerting by application of modern information technique and management platform,and how to support risk management personals making best responding decisions by setting risk alerting lines and reporting risks.Through researches,this paper proposed risk dynamic management concept for EPC project,set up a scientific initial risk recognition list,improved fault tree method to evaluate risk,adopted PDCA circle to risk dynamic management.The risk dynamic model has gained good effect in risk management of EPC pipeline project,and has great practical directing meaning to promote the model in the enterprise. |
