| The purpose of this research is to study and facilitate the development of new approaches to Risk Management (RSKM) within the engineering-cycle of a product's development. Poor RSKM during the development phase of a product can lead to more problems being found later in the life-cycle, which are then more difficult to resolve. These risks can be costly and time consuming. Good RSKM habits can mitigate these issues to prevent the risks before they turn into a problem. |
