As a construction enterprise, No.6Engineering Co., Ltd of CCCC First HighwayEngineering Co., Ltd (referred to as: No.6company) is mainly engaged in theconstruction of housing construction, highway, water conservancy, electricity, bridges,mines and other civil engineering. Currently, one of the biggest challenges faced bysuch enterprises is the management of risk process. It depends on externalenvironment and internal environment of the enterprise. In external environment,accidents are frequently occurred among the construction industry. Both thegovernmental departments and the media follow up closely, bringing pressures for thecompany on huge economic benefits and social responsibility; in internal environment,in the context of the current economic environment, the reduction of projects, theincrease of various costs, and the bottleneck of enterprise management make theenterprises to explore risk averse and play their strengths for new developmentopportunities.Based on this, the paper first introduces and summarizes the relevant theories ofproject risk management of such enterprises; scientifically studies the risk processmanagement of the company combined with modern management concepts and theactual work of the company; analyses the existing problems of the status of its riskmanagement and management; and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Inaddition, the article introduces to the international project management and generalbusiness management theory to analysis the deficiencies of domestic enterprises andthe striving director from a cultural perspective. It is aimed to provide valuableexperience and method for other enterprises of this industry in ensuring the safetyoperation based on the controlled low-risk. |
