H Company Suppliers Management Development Research

At present,with the global economic downturn and China’s production costs continue to rise,foreign-funded enterprises,especially those with their own factories of foreign-funded enterprises,are facing increasing operating pressure.Therefore,more and more foreign-funded enterprises choose to produce their own factories instead of the mode of operation.As a result of the use of OEM production,suppliers directly to the customer shipments,so the supplier’s production efficiency directly affect the final customer delivery performance,the quality of products produced by suppliers directly affect the quality of the final customer’s reputation.In short,supplier management and development for such foreign-funded enterprises become more and more important.H companies have such characteristics:a large number of supplier groups,more than 1000;and the larger the background of the suppliers,quality and efficiency levels vary widely.H company management and development of suppliers face serious challenges.The author is engaged in the activities of the supplier management and development of the company,has mastered the first-hand information,but also fully aware of the problems in the implementation process.Based on the company’s own industry and operational characteristics,this paper studies the applicability and effectiveness of Lean Methodology and Six Sigma methodology in supplier management and development process,and summarizes and summarizes the results and results.Theory,planning similar to the H company’s large supplier base and management and development of continuous improvement with lean and six sigma methodology.The study on supplier management and development based on Lean and Six Sigma has a certain guiding role and reference significance for the management and development of enterprises like H Company’s large supplier group.
