Research On The Non-standard Procurement Management In Project Of R Company

Since the rapidly development of the global economy,the demand of products is becoming more and more personalized.Therefore,a large number of non-standard enterprises have put on the market with non-standard customization as the main mode of operation.R Company has begun to operate an independent non-standard division in 2004,which is responsible for the implementation of all non-standard projects.Thus,in order of lacked experience in non-standard procurement management and other factors superimposed,the procurement costs are high and the purchasing efficiency is low.How to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency under the premise of meeting the individual needs of customers has become an urgent issue for R Company.Based on the theory of non-standard purchasing management,using comparative analysis and comprehensive evaluation method,the paper studies the non-standard procurement management in project of R Company.First,learning non-standard enterprise current trends and characteristics,summarizes the concept of non-standard procurement management and application status in the enterprise;Secondly,through in-depth analysis of R company's non-standard procurement strategy,non-standard status of purchasing organization and non-standard procurement management,combined with the actual case of non-standard procurement R company,found that the non-standard procurement management problems and deficiencies in R company;Finally,through reviewing the literature,combined with the non-standard procurement management problems have been found in R company,analysis and research,put forward the optimization measures,to solve the problem,and to study and explore the practical methods of non-standard procurement management in the theory of non-standard type in the enterprise.
