Under the condition of global information network and economic globalization,manufacturing enterprises are facing rapid changes in the market environment,which for the supply chain management of enterprises,greatly increased external risks.Purchasing management is one of the most important parts in supply chain management.It plays a leading role in improving the efficiency of business activities,because it relates to the cost pricing,quality,efficiency and so on.As a leading enterprise in China,DFB has been impacted by its competitors in recent years.And its market share and profit margin have been greatly reduced.From the perspective of purchasing management,this paper tries to find ways to improve the supply chain management of DFB company and promote the development of enterprises.Based on the characteristics of purchasing management under the mode of supply chain management and the current purchasing situation of DFB Company,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the material purchasing of DFB Company.And then,it obtains the corresponding scheme and the implementation process,and uses the scoring model to scientifically orientate and formulate a scientific and reasonable purchasing strategy,so as to consolidate the company's leading position in the industry and ensures the company's profit margin.It is also hoped that this paper will be a reference for other vending machines or custom-made enterprises.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which expounds the background and significance of this study,and describes the research ideas and framework of the article.The second part is the theoretical basis.This part describes the theory of the supply chain management,procurement management and supplier management,in order to lay the foundation for the follow-up case study.The third part is the purchasing management status and analysis of DFB company.This part describes the present situation of purchasing management of DFB company in detail,and points out the existing problems.The fourth part is the improvement strategy of DFB's procurement management.This part puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the purchasing management from the aspects of building purchasing information platform,material standardization management,supplier selection and purchasing personnel skills strengthening.The fifth part is the safeguard measures of DFB company's purchasing management,mainly including the establishment of incentive mechanism and enterprise environment for new scheme implementation.
