The demands of car owners have shown a differentiated and personalized trend with the growth of car ownership,the change of people's travel concept and the penetration of the 020 business model.In this market development environment,car maintenance enterprises need to make rational use of modern data technology,tap user needs,and develop more reasonable and accurate operational strategy to meet the demands of users and improve business performance.With O2O-related theories as a guide,this paper conducts an empirical study with the use of data analysis technology and methods.A case study of the 020-based car maintenance platform X is presented.After an analysis of the current situation of its operations management,this paper points out problems that exist with X Automobile Network's operations management in user operation,product operation and event operation.Drawing on X Automobile Network's relevant data,it puts X's users into specific groups using a clustering method,and analyzes its user buying decision and behavior,product classification and satisfaction,and event planning and effectiveness.Based on the above analysis,the paper proposes some measures to improve X Automobile Network's operations management.The results of this study may provide a reference point for X Automobile Network's effective operations improvement.
