The cities’ historical and cultural blocks landscape is an area,to some degree,where it concentrates more cultural relics and historical sites.It may mirror a period of time’s urban features and characteristics,so it is a precious carrier of urban memory and an accumulation of historical and cultural cities’ aesthetics value.With the development of ecolomy,Shanghai is well known as an international city,its historical and cultural block is becoming the most attractive place to visit.What’s more,urban landscape visual perception is the most important and direct way,so we should take this well into consideration when goes an urban planning and design.Owing to those effective visual analyses,not only can we make full use of the limited resource of urban landscape,but also can improve the sighting efficiency.In this article,I choose Hengshan Road and Fuxing Road Historical and Cultural Area as my research region.And then,I branch three dimensions to analyze by GIS,they are points,lines and areas.Besides,combining the urban functions,I will give some optimizations on urban planning and design as more as possible.The main contents of this thesis are:(1)Compare several conceptions: the landscape;the city’s landscape and the cities’ historical and cultural blocks landscape.(2)Urban landscape visual environment assessment methodology is the technical system organization combined together by certain methodological principles,including research design methods,data collection methods and data analysis methods.(3)According to the case of Hengshan Road and Fuxing Road’s historical and cultural landscape,it is essential to design a strategy which can be used in other regions.The main conclutions are drawn as follows:(1)Fuxing Park has the largest visible area,and the visible areas of the other four point-like landscapes are distributed along the streets.Although the area of the visual area is small,each viewpoint has its own characteristics,adding a lot of points for the entire Hengshan Road-Fuxing Road historical and cultural scene.(2)The residents have high scores on the overall visual quality of the three streets of Wukang Road,Sinan Road and Hengshan Road.They are all satisfied withroad body repairs,road facility allocation,and greening configuration;Wukang Road is the highest uniqueness score among the three streets,and Sinan Road The long-term visibility rating is the highest;Hengshan Road has the highest scores for landscape richness,and hardware facilities such as parking lots and bus stations.The three streets have their own characteristics.(3)The north of the study area is the best area of sight,and the southwest side of the study area is poor in view.The skyline with better sightlines is more gentle and the skyline is nearly round.The skyline with a poor view of the area has an inwardly-reduced shape,and the visibility of the long-distance view is poor,and there are many buildings blocking the sight line.Main significance of the paper is:(1)Initially constructed an urban landscape visual evaluation system based on point-line-surface combined urban landscape elements.From the classification and grading of urban landscape,the depermination of the scope of the evaluation,the identification of xisual environmental impact,the screening of assessment factors,the selection of evaluation mathods and technologies,the prediction and evaluation of visual environmental impact,etc.(2)Build a methodology based on GIS technology and the public perception of the urban landscape visual assessment combined with the evaluation.From the visual quality assessment and visual impact assessment of urban landscape,by using three-dimensional analysis,viewshed analysis,providing a reference for other landscape visual impact assessment of urban planning process.Limited by time,the theory and methodology of the urban landscape visual assessment of this paper is still preliminary,and there is a need for more research in the latter,mainly in:Due to the diversity and complete of urban landscape systems and the spatial organization;with a landscape and visual impact assessment of the three-dimensional urban and practice to develop,in order to provide a unified,visual landscape full system simulation platform for urban planning and management;there may be visual impact of construction projects on important regional landscape,into consideration institutional landscape,the need to explore further in practice. |
