The Research Of Purchasing Supply Chain Management Based On Informatization In DP Company

As the market environment is becoming more and more competitive,individual enterprises will be more and more difficult to survive if they still rely solely on themselves.The competition of modern enterprises is no longer the competition between the individual enterprises but the overall competition between one supply chain and another supply chain.For manufacturing enterprises,procurement activity is one of the most important activities in the production and operation activities in an enterprise,and the purchasing cost often accounts for the vast majority of the total cost.Thus,purchasing management is one of the most important elements to reduce costs and take profits,even to improve the core competitiveness of the organization.And in the competitive environment of globalization perspective,the importance of purchasing supply chain is becoming more and more obvious in enterprise's development;it has become an urgent problem for many manufacturing industries,as how to obtain quality,efficiency and cost,even comprehensive competitive advantage in many aspects through the optimization of procurement supply chain.Based on the theory of supply chain management,the purpose of this paper is to get research on purchasing supply chain management in DP Company,expects to get it more consummate,more reasonable,minimize the cost of purchasing supply chain,and increase the response speed of purchasing supply chain while doing supply chain management in DP Company.In order to adapt to the rapid development of industry,also expect that it can be used for reference in the procurement supply chain operation of other electronic information manufacturing industries through the discussion of this topic.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,it introduces the concepts of procurement,supply chain and purchasing supply chain,researches their relationship and comparative analysis;introduces the concept,characteristics and contents of procurement supply chain management;introduces the concepts and contents of enterprise informatization and procurement supply chain informatization,analyses below three problems as the concept,contents contained of procurement supply chain management,and which informatization tools will be used to solve these problems.Above is to lay a theoretical foundation for further research.Then,taking the purchasing supply chain of DP Company as the main research object,describes the operation status of the procurementsupply chain management of DP Company and emphatically studies the problems existing in the procurement supply chain management of DP Company.It is found that the following problems exist in the procurement supply chain management of DP Company:first,the demand plan is not embedded in the enterprise information system;second,sourcing and quotation is still done by manual;third,collaborative procurement is still done by manual,fourth,the supplier evaluation mechanism is backward,unable to meet the demands of the existing procurement supply chain management;fifth,the factory logistics management roughly.In view of all the above problems existed in the purchasing supply chain of DP Company,we propose the scheme to optimize purchasing supply chain management of DP Company based on informatization technology,mainly focus on the informatization of demand management and demand planning,focus on the informatization of sourcing and quotation,focus on the informatization of collaborative procurement,focus on the informatization the supplier evaluation mechanism,focus on the informatization of incoming logistics.All above will be helpful to improve the purchasing supply chain management of DP Company,such as reducing the purchasing cost and improve the efficiency,in the end improve the overall supply chain management.
