With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the accelerated process of economic globalization.The competition for the enterprises has been becoming fierce more and more,enterprises in the fierce competition to survive and develop and gain the competitive advantage in the global market,enterprises need to reduce the costs,enhance the mark competition by means of supply chain management.Purchasing management is one of most important content of supply chain management,also is a starting link in the supply chain,the role of purchasing in the whole supply chain system and the impact are great,enterprise as an important component of supply chain,the cost and pricing of purchasing have an influences on the cost and pricing of downstream enterprise in supply chain,then influenced the competitiveness of whole supply chain and status of profits.effective purchasing management can optimized the inventory control,reduce the Inventory costs,reduce the production duration,shorten the delivery term,improve the on-time delivery of commodity?inventory turnover and the qualified rate of product quality,thus enhance the market competitiveness,ensuring the enterprise is in a leading position of the fast-speed and changeable market,it is important for enterprise that how to realize the changes from the traditional purchasing mode to the new supply chain management,in order to adapt the development for a intense market competitive.This thesis is contains five chapters.Chapter I analyzed the constantly changing market circumstances,and combine with the reality of KA company.Then expatiated the background,purpose and meaning of study.Then put forward the main contents of this thesis,mentality,frame and methods.Chapter ? expatiated on the conceptions of the supply chain and supply chain management,purchasing management and purchasing management of supply chain management,the function of purchasing management,analysis of the characteristics of the traditional purchasing management and purchasing management under supply chain management,also analyzed the difference between the purchasing management of supply chain management and traditional purchasing management.Chapter ? introduced the development status of KA company and the purchasing management,and make a detailed analysis of the existing problems in the purchasing management of KA company,such as the low purchasing efficiency,the high purchasing costs,the nonstandard purchasing process,unshared purchasing information,unsteady product quality,the high inventory costs,ineffective management to supplier.In Chapter IV,aiming at the problem for purchasing management of KA company,combine the theory with reality of KA company,put forward the effective measures:Aiming at the problem in traditional purchasing management,combining with the theory characteristic of supply chain management,design the effective measures:first of all.it needs to coordinate the internal and external.Secondly,it needs to the centralized purchasing.Finally,it needs to build the perfect quality control system.Aiming at the problem in supplier management,and combining with the theory of supplier management,designed the effective measures:first of all,it designed the index system of supplier selection and evaluation,include the process of supplier selection.Secondly,it built the measures for performance evaluation and incentive mechanism with supplier.Finally,it expatiated on how to classificationmanagement for supplier.Aiming at the problem in inventory management,and combining with the related theories and main methods of inventory management,in order to realized the really transformation to supply chain management of KA company,it offered some new measures to improve inventory management.KA company need to carry out the ABC taxonomy and VMI,it also expatiated on the actualizing methods of the two inventory management and their feasibilities,with the purpose of reduction the product inventory of KA company.Chapter V made a summary for this thesis and illustrate the supply chain purchasing management need to combine with the varied reality,and keep optimizing.In order to make the supply chain to merged into enterprises,KA company need to recombine the architecture of purchasing management,optimizing the institution of purchasing management,setting up the normative SOP,strengthen the information sharing for internal and external,for the sake of providing new mode of purchasing management.
