Nowadays,the new trend of aviation industry is to pursue higher fuel economy and safety,new models of plane and new aviation parts begin to emerge in the new market.The new market demand make new changes and challenges to aerospace manufacturer.An aerospace manufacturer,how to stand out in the fierce competition?Its product delivery capability,quality and cost play an important role.S aerospace manufacturer-the object of this study have decades of aerospace manufacture experience.Depend on the advantage on quality and price in the engine mount area,S aerospace manufacturer win the acceptance from customer.And receive the new orders of new parts in the market.S aerospace manufacturer encounter some new issues for the new requirements.For instance,parts delivery issue,inventory issue,wasting in the production.Etc.Analysis the internal cause of issues with VSM and lean theory in this paper.The internal causes include the bottle neck in the production process,the push system for production of small batch with many varieties,and also management issue of production plan.This pater base on the advantage and research result of lean and TOC theory,analysis and improve the process to solve the issues in the production.Propose the improvement methods and ways for S aerospace manufacturer.In this study,according to the TOC theory to focus on the key process,combining with the lean methods to eliminate the bottleneck and waster.And establish the pull system of production and management system of production plan.Then achieve the company's target of reducing the cost,increasing productivity,reducing inventory,and improving delivery capacity.Make S aerospace manufacturer out of the current issues,to meet the new needs of the aviation industry and to seize new market opportunitiesFrom the result of the production process optimization implemented in S aerospace manufacturer,there are significant improvements on productivity,inventory,wasting and delivery.At the same time,there are some problems that need to be adjusted and innovated constantly in the process of implementation and practice.For further improvement,this paper also gives some suggestions for further improvement.
