X aluminum group has been dedicated to the domestic aluminum alloy doors and windows research and development,production,sales and installation,after many years of development,its products from the original aluminum alloy door anti-theft products gradually developed to aluminum construction profiles and aluminum doors and windows two categories,products as many as thousands of categories,becoming one of the best in our country aluminum alloy building profiles and aluminum doors and windows production industry.Although aluminum doors and Windows industry market demand is still an increasing trend,but with the rising production costs and the further increase of industry competition,the sales of x aluminum group shows a downward trend,in order to change the current situation,enhance the company's competitive advantage,achieve the company's sustainable development has become the main problem of x aluminum group.Firstly,the development background of aluminum alloy door and window industry is discussed,and the significance of the research is introduced.Secondly,PEST and five-force models are used to analyze the macro-environment of the company and the competitive environment of the door and window industry.At the same time,EFE matrix and IFE matrix are used to analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages.The SWOT analysis and quantitative strategic planning matrix analysis were used to select and analyze the company level strategy and business level strategy of the X aluminum industry group,thus formulating the company level strategy and differentiated business level strategy of the X aluminum industry group,thus determining the company's vision,mission and strategic goals.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy,the author puts forward the safeguard measures to improve the research and development capability,strengthen production management,strengthen human resources management,improve the marketing system and adjust the organizational structure.
