2020 marks the 42th anniversary of reform and opening-up in China,with improvement of people's living standards,the transportation market has changed a lot in China.After 10 years of rapid development,production and sales begun to decline with influence of policies,environment and economy.At this time,the electric bicycle became the famous product.Its sales increased from 290,000 to 36,950,000 during 2000 to 2013.But after the crazy growth,it begun decline from 2014 to 2017.This article will study on the development strategy of Gansu JT Sales Company Limited,which found in 2000 in Tianshui Gansu province,which is dealer force on selling motorcycles and electric bicycles.With the changes of the market environment,the company's operation and development faced many uncertain factors.In order to get stable development,it is necessary to explore the strategy management of company.Through analyzing the macro environment and current difficulties included human resources management and financial condition,I help the company create the company vision and provide 3 and 5 years strategic plan to future development.At the same time,the article will give the plan about how to implement and guarantee measures.The strategy management plan will include corporate strategies and generic business strategies.In order to implement diversification strategy,the company can expend business to new energy vehicles,not just selling motorcycle and electric bicycle.And using differentiation strategy to help company get the competitive advantage and success.
