Analysis Of The Ideological And Political Education Of The Employees Of The State-owned Commercial Banks In New Period

In the past decade,with the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the promotion of supply-side reform,large foreign commercial banks have successively entered the Chinese financial market,putting tremendous competitive pressure on the local state-owned commercial banks in our country and greatly increasing the competition in financial markets level,the domestic banking market has undergone tremendous changes.Ideological and political education for the staff of state-owned commercial banks in our country is the lifeline of our economic and other work.For our state-owned commercial banks,ideological and political education can create a powerful economic value that can promote the economic growth of banks.So,the healthy and sustained development of the state-owned commercial banks is the top priority of socialist economic development.Improving the ideological and political work of the grass-roots employees of the state-owned commercial banks is the ideological guarantee for the banks to steadily and rapidly enhance their economic benefits.This article mainly consists of four parts.The first part,the background and significance of this research are expounded.The current progress of the research is reviewed domestically and abroad,and the latest research results are known.Based on this,the ideas,methods and innovations of this research are elaborated.The second part defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis for the ideological and political education of the employees of state-owned commercial banks.The third part,the questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to illustrate the status quo and problems of the ideological and political education of the employees of state-owned commercial banks in the new period in the Postal Savings Bank of Mianyang City,Sichuan Province,and the reasons were analyzed.Including the inner system is not perfect,the education is out of date,the staff’s enthusiasm is not high,and the social transformation and interest differentiation lead to changes in values and other factors.The fourth part,based on the current situation,problems,and causes of the ideological and political education of the employees of state-owned commercial banks in the new period,it draw lessons from Marxism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,and modern advanced ideological and political education theories to point out the necessity and importance of ideological and political education of the employees of state-owned commercial banks in the new period.Finally,it explores the countermeasures and ways to strengthen the ideological and political education of the employees of state-owned commercial banks in the new period.Timely and effective countermeasures are important guarantees for ensuring the vitality of ideological and political education of banks.The countermeasures explored include innovation systems,optimization mechanisms,strengthening the construction of ideological and political education teams,and innovative creation of new ideological and political education programs.
