Ideological And Political Work Study On State-owned Commercial Bank Staff

The state-owned commercial bank has passed 20 years ever since China's reform and opening up.They have made a remarkable progress and become an important part of the socialist market economy. State-owned commercial bank have become a very important bridge between production and consumption,and made a huge contribution to the continued,healthy and rapid growth of the national economy growth.With the establishment of socialist market economy,the formation of reform and opening,as well as the rapid development of information technology,people's interests,their life styles and their living concepts have become more diversified.Various thinking and cultures have more integrations and collisions.The ideological and political work in preaching style appears to be out of date now,and it's facing a severe challenge in terms of orientation and methods.Under such circumstances, how to do the ideological and political work better,and how to create a harmonious,civilized and coordinated environment for the construction and development of state-owned bank,will become a serious issue.At present,the mainstream of the ideological and political work of stated owned commercial bank' staff is good.However,there are still some serious problems,i.e.the moral deviations of the bank staff,the degradation of the ideological and the out-dated methods of political work, etc.These are affecting the effect of the ideological and political work of the state-owned commercial bank.After the analysis f the problems and reasons of the ideological and political work existing in the state-owned commercial bank' staff,this article has given the solutions from two aspects.It focuses on building a macro environment of the ideological and political work,in which the internal and external of enterprises will work in a coordinated way. Therefore,the ideological and political work of the state-owned commercial bank and the whole nation will be merged and integrated.
