On Ideological And Political Education Mechanism Construction Of State-Owned Enterprise

As country’s economic pillar and main source of budgetary income, state-owned enterprise is taking on important mission providing material base for building harmonious society of socialism. Ideological and political work, as lifeline of the operation in state-owned enterprise, must bring the due effect into work under new background of times, guide employee to change concept actively, improve the working initiative actively, contribute a strength for construction of harmonious society of socialism while ensuring the enterprise’s socialism developing direction. In the exploration of the state-owned enterprises ideological and political education, the optimization of mechanism always causes widespread attention.With the establishment of the socialist harmonious society and the continuous reform of the state-owned enterprises, ideological and political education will be faced with a new social environment, assume more difficult tasks and responsibilities, which requires the state-owned enterprises optimize their own mechanisms, make efforts to explore new methods of ideological and political education, work out new mechanisms to reflect the social demands, in order to improve the effectiveness of the work continuously.Basd on the Maxism’s view on development and the ideological and political education mechanism of the state-owned enterprises, dating its history and using the latest study of scholars, this article proposes the concept of the state-owned enterprises ideological and political education mechanism establishment, and separately proposes five major mechanisms for the idea, the management decision-making mechanism, and leadership control mechanism, scientific incentive mechanism, dynamic security mechanism, monitoring and evaluation mechanism.Understanding and grasping the various elements and the mutual process of the ideological and political education system has both theoretical significance and practical significance. In the theoretical sense: it reveas principles, contents, characteristics and methods under the market economy, and provides the theory for the State-owned enterprises to strengthen the state-owned enterprises mechanism of ideological and political education. Practice sense: it proposes the idea and countermeasures of the State-owned enterprises improvement, which can improve and strengthen the State-owned enterprises ideological and political education mechanisms.
