Core talents is the important factor of enterprise development,which stability is a very important issue,especially for private enterprises.Therefore,the research for brain drain in private enterprises is very worthy for further study.For private enterprises,the strategic environment and conditions of subsistence are more volatile and complicated than those of the public enterprises,and the trend is more ambiguous.Through investigation and research,the author found that the private enterprise brain drain is not only the competition between private and state-run,but also the result of increasingly fierce competition between private enterprises,which shows the failure of private enterprise incentive system,and the problems existing in the management pattern,the internal and external environment,the enterprise culture and so on.So private enterprises need to create a talent-cherishing atmosphere.In new era,the competition of enterprises is certainly the talent competition.Based on above understanding,this article first defines private enterprise key talents,and summarizes its stable mechanism through the study of enterprise key talents' discovery,training and classification management.Next,this paper starts with the current situation of private enterprise brain drain,explains the influence of the brain drain in private enterprise,then analyses the reasons of brain drain from four aspects as motivation factors,management factors,cultural factors and environmental factors;This article takes XH Group as an example to do empirical study,briefly presents XH's basic situation and the development strategy,analyzes the XH core brain drain present situation and its influence,with surveying on reasons for the loss of key talents in XH Group,designs the reason identification scale for the core brain drain of XH Group from the aspects of strategy,operation,system and material according to literature reference and expert consultation,builds the core brain drain agent system based on factor analysis,and conducts the detailed data analysis and reason analysis.Last,according to the results of empirical analysis,this paper proposes the countermeasure to solve the private enterprise core brain drain by combining with XH Group's measures in four aspects as the improvement of the private enterprise incentive system,the cultural construction of the private enterprise,the construction of the modern management mode of the private enterprise and the establishment of the stable core talents environment of the private enterprise.
