Centralized operation is an important manifestation of banking business process reengineering.For a long time,the commercial banks in our country have implemented the administrative model of "top-down" and are the typical"administrative banks".This away from the business center,away from customer needs,layers of approval,layers of implementation of the business model has been unable to adapt to the fierce market competition needs,so the business process of commercial banks to rebuild,the traditional "administrative bank" as a "process Bank"is imminent.In the current globalization of financial markets and the accelerating development of integrated banking,centralized operation is a trend of the times.This paper,taking H Bank as an example,conducts an in-depth study on its centralized operation risk control by means of literature research,case analysis and inductive analysis.First of all,the paper reviews the relevant literature about bank business process optimization and centralized operation,and reviews the related theory of bank operation risk control.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of H-bank centralized operation risk control and analyzes the internal and external environment that H-bank centralized operation risk faces.Finally,we put forward some countermeasures to improve the risk control in H bank centralized operation mode.Improve the centralized operation of risk control should be from the staffing,labor mix,system security and other aspects,and to form the risk prediction and early warning,management and disposal,assessment and inspection and other links of the joint efforts.Centralized operation is based on the separation of front-back office and back-office business.It is necessary to strengthen information synchronization between the front office and back office and eliminate information silos and asymmetries.It is necessary to further adjust the organizational structure of centralized operational risk control,establish the correct concept of centralized operational risk control,improve the centralized operational risk control system,establish a comprehensive coordination mechanism for centralized operational risk control,strengthen staff performance appraisal and education and training,and strengthen system maintenance and outsourcing Business management.
