IN Enterprises Of Creative Industrial Agglomeration:Research On The Relationship Among Enterprise Network Capability,Organizational Absorptive Capacity And Innovative Performance

Since 21 st century,as a new type of innovation network,the industrial organization of creative industrial agglomeration has become an important channel for the developed countries and the economic growth of our country.In the creative industry agglomeration area,the social relations of the upstream and downstream enterprises,the homogeneous enterprises,and other related organizations make it have social network characteristics.The heterogeneous information owned by the enterprises in the creative industry cluster will be shared and spread in the social network,which makes the acquisition of knowledge and the ability of knowledge application in the agglomeration area of the creative industry,and then,which make the innovation performance out.Therefore,it has become the proposition of this research that how to improve the enterprise innovation performance through the enterprise network ability and organizational absorptive capacity.According to the proposition of this study,first of all,it defines the concept of creative industry,creative industry agglomeration area and innovation performance,and uses literature research method to sort out the former enterprise network ability theory and organizational absorptive capacity theory,and defines the concept of enterprise network ability and organization absorptive capacity.This paper expounds the dimension division of enterprise network capability and organizational absorptive capacity,and the influence of enterprise network capability and organizational absorptive capacity on enterprise innovation performance.Secondly,on the basis of the theory,the concept model of the relationship between enterprise network capability,organizational absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation performance is constructed,and the research hypothesis of the relationship between enterprise network capability,organizational absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation performance is put forward.Then,in view of the research hypothesis,a questionnaire is designed and a questionnaire survey on the relationship between enterprise network ability,organizational absorptive capacity and innovation performance is carried out in creative industry enterprises.Finally,using SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyze the relevant data of the questionnaire survey,and using Amos21.0 to make an exploratory factor analysis and test factor analysis on the enterprise network ability,the dimension of organizational absorptive capacity and the item item,and verify the rationality and research hypothesis of the model,and reveal the creativity.The interaction mechanism between enterprise network capacity,organizational absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation performance is analyzed.The results are as follows:(1)The ability of creative enterprises in creative industries depends on their position centrality,connection intensity and network scale,and has a significant positive effect onthe innovative performance of enterprise.(2)In the creative industrial agglomeration area,the organizational absorptive capacity of creative enterprises depends on their knowledge acquisition ability and the ability to acquire knowledge.The ability of knowledge application has a significant positive effect on the innovative performance of enterprise.(3)The enterprise network ability has a significant positive effect on knowledge acquisition ability in organizational absorptive capacity,and the influence of enterprise network ability on knowledge application ability of organizational absorptive capacity is not significant;(4)The organizational absorptive capacity plays a partial transfer role between enterprise network ability and the innovative performance,which is that the capability of enterprise network has a positive impact on the knowledge acquisition ability in the organizational absorptive capacity,which indirectly affects the innovative performance of enterprise.
